Rolanda Watson is passionate about helping other succeed. She is the owner of Empower 2 Impact Inc home of Rolanda’s Tax & Professional Services, RPS Tax & Business Solutions, with over 26 years of tax & accounting experience.  Rolanda also owns RPS Tax Relief which is our resolution/representation arm of our business. Affectionately known by her clients as “My Tax Lady,” she has partnered with for-profit and non-profit organizations to start and maintain financially healthy companies that are tax compliant. Rolanda’s passion is helping her clients go from where they are to where they can be in their business.
She accomplishes this by actively listening to her client’s vision, understanding their desires, and developing tax plans to help accomplish that vision. Rolanda leans to her years of experience and tax law research ability to help businesses reduce their tax liability.
As an Enrolled Agent Rolanda focuses on three foundational areas of her business: Tax Advisory, Tax Representation and Tax Academy & Business Coaching. She partners with other financial professionals to build a team so that her clients enjoy a one – stop team approach. Her team consists of: bookkeepers, payroll providers, tax preparers, software support. Everything that a business needs to have successful back-end support.
